Hi,

thanks to Markus Metz who implemented my wish within 24hs, it is now
possible to import a LAS file and generate directly a raster map from
it (with various statistical features like min, max, percentiles etc)
through the usage of the -e flag and the new "output raster
resolution" parameter. This simplifies the previous procedure to one
step.
