Hi all

I upload a new version of the OGR2Layers plugin as stable version in
QGIS User-Contributed Python Plugin Repository

* closed some bugs
* add openstreetmap cycleway base layer
* change the output messages

Isn't still possible use WFS (some problem for conversion of spatial
ref sys and no time to fix it), GRASS (a bug in dataprovider [0]),
Spatialite (no time for try it)

Tests are appreciated
