Folks,
Open Source will be widely present at the next INSPIRE conference
through individuals, developers, users and businesses. Promises to be an
interesting event.
Let me point you to one event explicitly which has been started by
Margherita Di Leo (thanks for this); It is a round table / Ping-Pong
match between people responsible for INSPIRE, those who are obliged to
comply with INSPIRE implementing rules and service providers and
developers who have implemented or adjusted Open Source software to
fulfill the requirements. The idea is to ask questions and get answers
to get a better grip on the complex beast. Find more details on the
OSGeo Wiki page at:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/INSPIRE_conference_2013
The workshop "Ping - Pong Match : Osgeo & INSPIRE" will take place at
11:00 on Monday, June 24 in Room 1.
Cheers,
Arnulf
